Attention All Psychology Students-Extra Credit Opportunity

On Wednesday, October 12th, from 9:30am-1:30pm, Suffolk Community College will be hosting its' annual Mental Health Awareness Day in the Babylon Student Center. There will be various presentations including

• Exerpts from "Kings Park: Stories from an American Mental Institution", a documentary
• Presentation: "Popping Pills:A Prescription for Disaster"
• Infromation regarding suicide, sexual orientation, HIV, eating disorders, Child Abuse, drug education/brain chemistry

All students are encouraged to attend. If interested, you can attend a session that is of interest to you. If you write a one page summary/reaction paper you can earn up to 7 points extra credit on an exam. Please see me if you have any questions!
